What this website collects

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts. It runs on a server we operate at Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland. Our web server keeps no access logs of visitors.

When you email us

• We receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you write to us.
• We use it only to answer you and, if you order a report, to deliver it and invoice you.
• Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• We delete correspondence 12 months after the last contact, unless it is part of a contract or accounting records we must keep under Norwegian bookkeeping law.
• We do not sell or share your data, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Blockchain data in our reports

Our reports are built from public blockchain data. Blockchain addresses can in some cases be linked to people. We therefore publish aggregates only: liquidators appear as "sender #1", "sender #2", and no borrower addresses or positions are published. Raw data used to compute the aggregates is kept only as long as needed to reproduce a delivered report.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and object to our processing. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
